From campaign rule to checkout.

Storefront display and checkout authority stay separate.
A preview remains a draft and only appears when its unexpired token is present.
Preview publishing runs the same validation gate as a live publish.
The admin simulator uses the current draft and is not a live storefront or checkout test.
An installed full-page product template can be forced for preview before it is assigned; otherwise the editor warns that the normal product page will open.
Fixed bundles use their product page and do not have a builder preview.
