What's free, and what needs a paid plan?
Browsing is free: explore the app, build and edit draft campaigns, preview every design, and export your data. A paid plan covers the parts that reach customers — publishing campaigns, setting them live, and adding the theme designs to your store.
Where do I see plan prices?
Press “View plans” anywhere in the app — it opens Cinch's plan page in your Shopify admin, where Shopify shows the current plans and prices and handles the approval.
How am I billed?
Through Shopify. Plans are approved in your Shopify admin and appear on your regular Shopify invoice — there's no separate account or card to set up.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
Live bundles stop showing and stop pricing at checkout — the offer disappears cleanly without breaking anything. Your campaigns and drafts are kept, so if you pick a plan again, your campaigns can go right back live.
