Cinch is a Shopify application. Shopify manages plan approval and billing presentation. Shopify’s own platform and checkout rules continue to apply.
Merchant responsibility
Merchants choose campaign targeting, prices, schedules, gifts, products, theme placement, and publication. A campaign should be previewed and validated before it reaches shoppers.
Pricing behavior
Cinch fails closed: incomplete, stale, tampered, or invalid bundle data should receive no special bundle price. That safety behavior is not an availability or revenue guarantee.
Theme and integration variance
Online Store themes, apps, discount settings, fulfillment systems, and Shopify capabilities vary. Compatibility claims on this site name the tested or implemented path and do not promise every third-party combination.
