Publish revalidates the submitted draft on the server.
Server field errors mark the affected step and provide jump links when the problem is elsewhere.
Unsaved work is guarded; normal shoppers keep the last published version until saved changes are published.
Three publish snapshots are retained; normal campaign screens restore the previous version and Diagnostics exposes retained earlier versions.
Diagnostics can report checkout status, parent publication, published-data health, invalid records, and a copyable support snapshot.
