Can I edit a live campaign safely?

Yes. Changes stay in the editor until you choose Save, and Cinch warns before you leave with unsaved work. For a live campaign, Save can publish immediately when auto-publish is on. If it is off, customers keep seeing the last published version until you press “Publish changes”, and Cinch marks that the saved and live versions differ.
