Can I edit a live campaign safely?

Yes. Your work saves as you go, but customers only see it when it's published — automatically on save if auto-publish is on, or when you press “Publish changes”. Until then, customers keep seeing the current published offer, and the “You have unpublished changes” banner reminds you there's something to push out.
